After successfully working with residents to oppose the inappropiate development in Ewing House Car Park, King Edwards Road (pictured above), Brentwood Labour councillors continue to make sure that residents know about proposed developments in their area, and that their views are both heard and seriously considered when local planning applications are decided.
Councillor Gareth Barrett:
“Local residents’ views are of utmost importance to us when planning applications are considered.
We are pleased that recent applications for inappropriate development on Riseway, Cameron Close and Ewing House Car Park in King Edwards Rd were refused, with both residents’ and Labour Councillors’ objections respected.
We continue to monitor all applications across Brentwood and continue to keep residents informed.”
